By downloading, installing, or using CodeBlueCoach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Medical Disclaimer

- Clinical decisions should always be made by qualified healthcare professionals
- Every patient situation is unique and may require deviation from standard protocols
- The App does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
- Always follow your institution's protocols and policies
Intended Users
CodeBlueCoach is designed exclusively for:
- Licensed healthcare professionals
- Medical students under supervision
- Healthcare providers trained in ACLS/PALS
- Emergency medical personnel
The App should not be used by untrained individuals to provide medical care.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a clinical reference tool. You shall not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute or resell the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App in any way that could harm patients
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are the exclusive property of CodeBlueCoach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The ACLS and PALS algorithms presented in the App are based on guidelines published by the American Heart Association and other recognized medical authorities. These guidelines are used for educational and reference purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The information provided is complete or current
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEBLUECOACH, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
- Damages arising from any clinical decisions made using the App
You assume full responsibility for all clinical decisions and patient care.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeBlueCoach and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Updates and Modifications
